Let’s TAP is a 45-minute adult tap dance fitness workout — a total brain & body experience designed for everyone. You don’t need tap dance experience to join. This class is suitable for all levels & all ages — even if you feel like you have “two left feet”! There’s nothing quite like learning & mastering a new skill over time. In class, we focus on building strong foundations rather than complicated tricks. You’ll learn to use your feet as instruments while improving coordination, balance, rhythm, & confidence.

Our Beginner / Low Impact class is designed for new tap dancers or anyone looking for a gentler, low-impact way to move. We break everything down step-by-step so you can learn at your own pace. Come along & be ready to use both your brain & your feet! No tap shoes required — we provide attachments that slip over your sneakers.
